A great opportunity for event professionals to meet and research 20 independent venues from across the UK in one brilliant day! You only need to attend this event once a year so you fill your little black book with some exceptional independent venues.

  • Major £6 million refurbishment of the Manor House.  The ground floor of the Manor House has been transformed for the hotel guests – leaving a beautiful, bright and ethereal Ceremony Room/Lounge, a timeless bar complete with quirky artwork, a grand private dining space and a cosy entrance hall.
  • Built in 1911, the beautiful Grade II listed Manor House is the focal point, and the birthplace of the famous gardener, Percy Thrower. The house, lily pond and manicured Pytheas Gardens provide a truly stunning backdrop for guests and visitors to enjoy

You only need to attend this event once a year to build relationships with new venues or cement existing relationships while improving your venue knowledge

The event starts early afternoon with meaningful one-to-one appointments with each exhibitor, followed by pre-dinner drinks served in the newly refurbished Manor House and weather dependant in the stunning gardens. Followed by a sumptuous three course dinner with wine and end the evening with some entertainment in the bar before hitting the hay with complimentary overnight accommodation with breakfast the following morning

Spaces are limited and reserved for corporate or association event organisers, PAs and EAs, conference agents and PCOs.

If you are an event organiser for an agency or a corporate company, a PA that organises the AGM and the other office events, the event organiser for an association or anyone else that looks for venues to hold events then this is definitely something for you to attend

We know how busy event organisers are and that things can change quickly. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible. As places are limited on each event we do have a waitlist of buyers who would love to meet our venues! And don’t worry, we do three events with the same 20 venues so we’re sure one of those dates will suit you!

We ask that you do, it’s a great way to find out about any upcoming changes, or possibly meet a new team member.

We’re sorry, but as the Roadshow is aimed at finding venues for people to hold and organise events suppliers are unable to attend. So if you are an AV company, a marquee company, music, food, or entertainment, please click on 'Our Events' to find out about our other events, one of those might be just the ticket for you! Not at all but we do recommend it. The ten minute one-to-one appointments are heavy going, you are learning about 20 venues very quickly so it’s makes sense to have a less formal chat over dinner and drinks

It’s a great opportunity to have one to one meetings with twenty independent hidden gems that might not be on your radar. We’ve done the hunting so you don’t have to, and you can meet them all in one place to fill up your little black book.
