Agenda
Monday 6th February
10:00am – Arrive and enjoy a light brunch at the Lakeside Hotel & Spa.
11:00am – One-to-one appointments with each of our exhibitors. There will be plenty of breaks and time to refresh throughout this part of the day.
3:30pm – Take in the fresh air and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Lake Windermere (with refreshments) on a luxury cruise departing directly from the Hotel.
4:30pm – 7:00pm – Free time
Take this time to check-in, explore the hotel, check your work emails and perhaps enjoy some time in the luxurious spa!
7:00pm – Pre-Dinner drinks in the Conservatory
7:30pm – Dinner in the Lakeview Grill Restaurant
Tuesday 7th February
Guests are free to enjoy breakfast at Lakeside Hotel and Spa at their leisure, making use of the fabulous facilities the hotel has to offer

By Car
The Lakeside Hotel & Spa is really easy to reach, located just 15 minutes from junction 36 of the M6 motorway. Complimentary parking is available to all IVR guests. For full directions click here.
By Train
The hotel is located just 20 minutes from Oxenholme the Lake District train station . Served by Avanti West Coast there are direct trains to London Euston, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, and Glasgow Central.
