Join us at Butlins Bognor Regis which is situated on the sunny South coast of England for the Inspirational Venue Roadshow in March 2023!

Situated on the sunny South Coast, our Bognor Regis resort is just over an hour away from Central London and close to the local train station. It’s home to our three nautical-inspired hotels – The Wave, The Ocean and The Shoreline – as well as our Traditional Fairground, relaxing spa and variety of spectacular entertainment venues.

Butlins Bognor Regis boosts amazing meeting and conference facilities with they purpose-built Shoreline Conference Centre which has multiple function rooms and can accommodate up to 550 in total, while Studio 36 is a highly versatile space that’s perfect for big events.

There’s also Reds, Centre Stage and the Skyline Pavilion which can be set up however you wish. For a more casual atmosphere, Hotshots has American pool tables, bowling alleys and sports screens. Some of the restaurants and Conference venues can also be used for breakout spaces.

Our highly polished event format lets you discover these treasures, with all the venue knowledge you’ll need to fill up your little black book with those hidden gems.

You only need to attend this event once a year so you fill your little black book with some exceptional UK hotels and venues.

The event starts early afternoon with meaningful one-to-one appointments with each exhibitor, followed by an opportunity to take advantage of the facilities Butlins has to offer,  then drinks and a scrumptious meal with an overnight stay with breakfast.

Spaces are limited and reserved for corporate or association event organisers, PAs and EAs, conference agents and PCOs.

Everything you need to know about attending our events.

If you are an event organiser for an agency or a corporate company, a PA that organises the AGM and the other office events, the event organiser for an association or anyone else that looks for venues to hold events then this is definitely something for you to attend

We ask you to arrive at 10:30am for brunch and a preview show around the host venue. You will then have one-to-one appointments with all of our venues, followed by dinner and drinks, and a chance to meet in a less formal setting and start those all-important venue relationships.

We know how busy event organisers are and that things can change quickly. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible. As places are limited on each event we do have a waitlist of buyers who would love to meet our venues! And don’t worry, we do three events with the same 20 venues so we’re sure one of those dates will suit you!

We ask that you do, it’s a great way to find out about any upcoming changes, or possibly meet a new team member.

We’re sorry, but as the Roadshow is aimed at finding venues for people to hold and organise events suppliers are unable to attend. So if you are an AV company, a marquee company, music, food, or entertainment, please click on 'Our Events' to find out about our other events, one of those might be just the ticket for you! If you are an independent venue why not find out more about being part of the Roadshow.

Not at all but we do recommend it. The ten minute one-to-one appointments are heavy going, you are learning about 20 venues very quickly so it’s makes sense to have a less formal chat over dinner and drinks

It’s a great opportunity to have one to one meetings with twenty independent hidden gems that might not be on your radar. We’ve done the hunting so you don’t have to, and you can meet them all in one place to fill up your little black book.
