That’s why we bring you 15 independent venues from across the UK in one single evening. Our highly polished event format lets you discover these treasures, with all the venue knowledge you’ll need to fill up your little black book with those hidden gems.

In the space of two hours we’ll have one-to-one appointments with each of the 15 independently owned hotels and venues.  Venues that might not be on your radar but are sure to delight your clients once discovered.

What’s more, the evening includes dinner, drinks and complimentary overnight accommodation* so you can truly experience the wonderful surroundings and hospitality of The 5* Lowry Hotel first hand.

It’s a great opportunity to have one to one meetings with twenty independent hidden gems that might not be on your radar. We’ve done the hunting so you don’t have to, and you can meet them all in one place to fill up your little black book.

If you are an event organiser for an agency or a corporate company, a PA that organises the AGM and the other office events, the event organiser for an association or anyone else that looks for venues to hold events then this is definitely something for you to attend

We ask you to arrive at 10:30am for brunch and a preview show around the host venue. You will then have one-to-one appointments with all of our venues, followed by dinner and drinks, and a chance to meet in a less formal setting and start those all-important venue relationships.

We know how busy event organisers are and that things can change quickly. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible. As places are limited on each event we do have a waitlist of buyers who would love to meet our venues! And don’t worry, we do three events with the same 20 venues so we’re sure one of those dates will suit you!

We ask that you do, it’s a great way to find out about any upcoming changes, or possibly meet a new team member.

We’re sorry, but as the Roadshow is aimed at finding venues for people to hold and organise events suppliers are unable to attend. Not at all but we do recommend it. The ten minute one-to-one appointments are heavy going, you are learning about 20 venues very quickly so it’s makes sense to have a less formal chat over dinner and drinks
