The CHS Group Prize Draw for dinner for two at Craft Restaurant, ICC Birmingham is open to the members of the PA Forum (Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire). PA Forum members must be a UK resident and aged 18 years and over.
The CHS Group Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of CHS Group of the ICC Birmingham, their group companies, family members, freelance contributors or anyone else connected to the CHS Group Prize Draw.
To enter the CHS Group Prize Draw, you must complete and submit ‘West Midlands PA Forum Member’ in the contact form on the chsbirmingham.com website.
The CHS Group Prize Draw consists of £100 towards dinner for two at ‘Craft Restaurant’ at the ICC Birmingham. The dinner at ‘Craft Restaurant’ must be redeemed by the 31stMarch 2020.
Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
The CHS Group Prize Draw opens at 8am on the 18thNovember 2019 and closes on the 30thNovember at 9pm.
One winner will be randomly selected and will be notified by email on or before the 2ndDecember 2019 and given details of how to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to CHS Groupwithin five days of being notified of their win, the winners prize will forfeited and CHS Group will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The specified prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
Entrants into the CHS Group Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
CHS Group shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
